Smart Column Cleaner — Terms of Service

Agreement

By installing or using Smart Column Cleaner (“Service”), you agree to these Terms.

License

Tech Speckles grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service within Google Sheets.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service or attempt to circumvent quotas or licensing.
• You are responsible for your data and complying with your organization’s policies.

Payments & licensing

Pro features are offered on a subscription basis and billed via PayPal (“External Billing”). Tech Speckles does not receive or store your payment instrument data. Your plan grants a license for use within Google Sheets while the subscription remains active.

• Free tier: up to 300 cells/day (subject to change). Exceeding this limit requires a Pro plan.
• Managing the subscription: you can view, modify, or cancel your plan at any time through your PayPal account’s automatic payments.
• Refunds: we honor refunds where required by law and may offer good-faith refunds for recent charges—email support@techspeckles.com.
• Taxes: prices may exclude applicable taxes; you are responsible for any required taxes in your jurisdiction.

Changes to the Service

We may update features, limits (including free-tier limits), or pricing. Material changes will be announced on our website or within the add-on. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee error-free operation or particular outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Speckles is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Mumbai, India.
